TRULY FREE SHIPPING

Q: Is your shipping really free?

A: At Sunglass Garage, we always provide FREE Standard Economy Shipping! That's right... FREE! No hidden charges, no minimum purchase! Please allow 7-10 business days for this service. Of course, you can always expedite shipping for an additional fee if you feel the need for speed!

Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified via email or telephone within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS only. We will ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. No international orders are available at this time.

Incorrect Addresses and Refused Shipments: If the address entered for shipping is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically refused and returned to the Sunglass Garage by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges due to customer error. A return will automatically be processed and a $20 restocking fee will be charged.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Sunglass Garage purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at returns@sunglassgarage.com. Include the following information:

We will contact you within 48 hours with a return authorization (RA) number. Once you receive the RA number, please use your own trackable and insured shipping method, and mail your return to:

Any returned merchandise must be accompanied by all original vendor packaging. It must be in brand new, unused condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply to merchandise that appears worn or damaged by the customer.

IMPORTANT: Returns without an RA number will be refused by the Sunglass Garage upon delivery.

Sunglass Garage is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Refund process: A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 2-3 days after the date of processing. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.

Exchange process: If you would like to exchange your purchase for a product of equal value, the only additional charge will be for shipping the new product. If the value is higher than the original purchase, we'll charge your credit card the difference plus shipping. If the value is lower than the original purchase, we'll issue a refund of the difference to your credit card less shipping.

PRICE MATCHING

Q: Will you honor your competitor's prices?

A: It is our duty at the Sunglass Garage to provide you with the best sunglasses at the best value! If you find the exact same product on one of our competitor's websites at a lower price, simply give us a call at 602-296-4886 or email Customer Service and we'll work with you to match or beat that price. We will take the following information into consideration:
Same Brand / Manufacturer?
Same Frame Model / Style / Color?
Same Lens Color / Technology?
Is the product a close-out or being discontinued?
Is the product IN STOCK on the competitor's website?
Shipping & handling charges will be taken into consideration on the final price of the competitor's product.
**Please note that we cannot honor prices found on auction or outlet sites like eBay or Craigslist. The seller must be an authorized retailer. And the product must be NEW condition - never been used/worn.
